SSCS CLUB REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
Please read carefully as our process has changed.

Club assignments are NOT made on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure fairness, every student is guaranteed at least one club placement. Please keep in mind that the number of club offerings and available seats in each club is limited. As a result, it is not realistic to expect your child to have a club every day after school.
1. Research Your Clubs
  • Review the Club Guide before selecting.
2. Submit Your Form
  • Deadline: Tuesday, August 4th, 2026, by 11:59 PM.
  • Important: Submit only one form for the entire family.
  • Note: If you submit multiple forms, only the most recent one will be processed.
3. Selection Guidelines
  • Selection: Students may choose up to 3 clubs. (High school students may choose up to 5 clubs, providing more opportunities for involvement, leadership, and college and career readiness.)
  • Placement: Most clubs have a 20–25 student limit. Every student is guaranteed placement in at least 1 club.
  • Waitlists: If a chosen club is full, your child will be placed on the waitlist. We will contact you directly if a spot opens up.
4. Club Assignments
  • Notification: An email with your child's club assignments will be sent to the provided email by Sunday, August 9th. 
  • Club start date: Clubs will begin on the first day of school, Monday, August 10th, 2026.
5. Competition Clubs
  • Competition Math, Science Olympiad, VEX, FLL, etc. Each of our competition level clubs has their own set of participation rules and guidelines. Most have either a placement test or separate admission process. Therefore, you will not be able to select one of these clubs through this process. Please keep an eye out for information throughout the first week of school on how you can get involved in one of our competition teams!
